Education

BOMA members can earn CE credits and professional designations through membership meetings, seminars, and training classes. Members gain valuable information on the latest trends and best practices in building operations and management. BOMA also provides programs that update members on current and proposed development projects in the East Metro.

Given the plethora of laws, regulations and codes produced by all levels of government annually, it’s critical to have a trusted ally who can represent the industry and your building’s interests. BOMA works at the local, state, and national levels to make certain the needs of the commercial real estate industry are heard by elected officials and administrative departments.

Membership with BOMA provides opportunities to expand your professional network in the industry. BOMA sponsors several fun events during the year where you can connect with industry friends and acquaintances and meet new people. This includes events such as an annual golf tournament, trade show, and social gatherings.
